I’m Mike Evans. I lead production teams and build operating systems for strategy, planning, delivery, and execution. Over the past 15 years I've worked across the gaming , on everything from game development and publishing to shared technology platforms, which taught me that the hardest problems are rarely technical - they're organizational. I had the opportunity to work at companies like Namco Bandai and where I realized production is about creating systems that help talented people make consistently good decisions. Various influences have sharpened my perspective and approach, including five years living and working in Those years fundamentally changed how I think about leadership, consensus and building commitment before execution begins. Along the way I learned Not because language itself was the goal, but because understanding another culture requires understanding how people think, not just what they say. I eventually passed the But the certification mattered less than the experience. Living abroad taught me curiosity, humility, and how much better solutions become when you genuinely understand another perspective. Today I lead production at I spend most of my time designing the operating systems behind software development: the planning models, delivery frameworks, and feedback loops that help organizations execute predictably without slowing down. This site is where I share projects, frameworks, , most of them started as tools I built to solve problems my own teams were facing. If they end up being useful to someone else, even better. I intend to share my knowledge, and lessons learned from building products, teams, and organizations. You can find me on LinkedIn or reach out by email.
